No. You can order as few as one transfer. No minimums and no setup fees.
The Gang Sheet Builder lets you arrange your own designs on a custom sheet. Pre-built sheets are ready-made layouts — ideal if you want to order fast without building from scratch.
Yes. Add multiple designs to a single gang sheet in any combination, as long as they fit the chosen size.
Absolutely. Order multiple sizes in a single transaction — add each to your cart separately or via the gang sheet.
Yes. Rush production is available at checkout for an additional fee — prioritized for same-day or next-day production.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, production begins. Contact dtf@unitedwarrior.org immediately if you need a change.
Yes. The Gang Sheet Builder supports fully custom dimensions — not limited to standard sizes.
All orders are printed on demand — your job is never batched with another customer's work.
Log into your account, go to Order History, and select Reorder on any past item. Files and specs are saved.
Yes, guest checkout is available. However, an account gives you order history, reorder functionality, and Warrior Rewards points.
Shipping & Turnaround
Standard production is 1–3 business days. Rush production available for same-day or next-day at an additional fee.
Orders are handed to the carrier on the same day production is completed.

Yes. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping automatically — no code needed.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST on business days are eligible for same-day dispatch after production.
Currently we ship within the contiguous United States. International shipping is in development.
Yes. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. You can also track from your account dashboard.

Yes. 2-day and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.

File & Artwork Requirements
PNG (transparent background), AI, EPS, and PDF. PNG is preferred for most customers.
Minimum 300 DPI at print size. For best results, 300–600 DPI.
No. Do not mirror your files — our system handles orientation automatically.
Yes — for PNG files, a transparent background is required. Any white background will print as white on the transfer.
Design in RGB. Our RIP software converts colors during printing. Do not submit CMYK files.
Yes. Always embed or outline all fonts before submitting. Missing fonts may cause substitution errors.
Basic file checks are included. Significant corrections or vectorization may incur a design fee — contact us first.
Maximum single transfer size is 22" × 120". Gang sheets can be built up to this dimension.
We'll contact you via email before printing. Orders on hold do not count against production time until the corrected file is received.
Yes, with caveats. Export as PNG at the highest resolution available. Avoid 72 DPI screen-resolution exports — results will be blurry.
Pressing & Application
Press at 290–310 °F (143–154 °C) for most cotton and cotton-blend fabrics.
15–20 seconds with firm, even pressure. Do not rock or shift the press during application.
Cold peel. Let the transfer cool completely (30–60 seconds) before peeling the film back slowly at a low angle.
Any clamshell or swing-away heat press works. Entry-level options start around $150–$300.
Not recommended. Household irons have uneven heat distribution and inconsistent pressure.
Cotton, polyester, and cotton-poly blends. DTF also adheres to denim, nylon, and leather with adjusted settings.
Avoid heat-sensitive fabrics or fabrics with waterproof coatings. Always test on a scrap piece first.
Machine wash inside-out in cold water. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Ensures 50+ wash cycles without significant fading.
With proper care, DTF transfers maintain quality for 50+ wash cycles — comparable to or better than screen printing.
Yes, with a hat press or rounded anvil attachment. Flat transfers on highly curved surfaces without a hat press may not fully adhere.
Yes. Press the base layer first, let it cool, then apply the second layer. Ensure layers are fully cured between applications.

Screen-to-print color variance of 10–15% is normal. For color-critical orders, request a physical proof first.
