These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, services, content, customer accounts, rewards programs, discount programs, and related features offered by United Warrior Transfers (“United Warrior Transfers,” “UWT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, uploading artwork, applying for a wholesale account, participating in Warrior Rewards, requesting a military or first responder discount, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
1. Who We Are
United Warrior Transfers is a veteran-owned, family-operated business offering custom DTF transfers, gang sheet builder and upload options, ready-to-press transfers, blank apparel, neck labels, rewards programs, wholesale pricing, and related services. Our website is designed to support both first-time buyers and experienced decorators, with fast production and a straightforward ordering process.
2. Eligibility and Website Use
You may use our website only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. By using our website, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You agree not to use the website or services to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Infringe any third party’s rights
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality or security
- Scrape, copy, reproduce, or exploit site content without permission
- Abuse discounts, promotions, referrals, rewards, or account features
- Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website or any account if we believe these Terms have been violated.
3. Orders and Order Acceptance
Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase products or services from us. We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, limit, or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Product or inventory issues
- File or artwork problems
- Shipping limitations
- Suspected trademark, copyright, or intellectual property violations
- Duplicate or suspicious transactions
If we cancel an order after payment is received, we will issue an appropriate refund unless the issue results from fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.
4. Pricing, Product Information, and Availability
We work hard to keep our product information, descriptions, pricing, shipping charges, turnaround claims, and promotional offers accurate. That said, mistakes happen. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
All prices, offers, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. We are not obligated to honor pricing errors, outdated promotions, or typographical mistakes.
5. Custom Orders and Uploaded Artwork
Many of our products are custom-made based on the information, artwork, sizing, and selections you provide. This includes, without limitation, transfers by size, custom gang sheets, upload-based orders, custom neck labels, and other made-to-order printed products.
By uploading or submitting artwork, logos, designs, photos, text, graphics, or files to us, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the content or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to use it
- The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party
- The content is lawful and does not violate any applicable law or regulation
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, process, resize, print, store, and otherwise handle your submitted content as necessary to fulfill your order, provide customer service, support reorders, maintain internal records, and operate our business.
We are not responsible for:
- Spelling, grammar, or design errors in files you submit
- Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork
- Color shifts caused by file quality, color profile, screen differences, or garment/material variation
- Improper sizing selected by the customer
- Issues caused by artwork that was not submitted in a production-ready format
We may reject artwork or files that appear unlawful, technically unusable, offensive, or infringing, but we are not obligated to screen or verify every submission before production.
6. Production Turnaround and Shipping
Production and shipping timelines are governed in part by our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
In general, standard orders are produced and shipped within 1 business day, with eligible Same-Day Printing and Rush options available on select products. Shipping times vary by carrier, destination, and service selected.
Any production or delivery estimate is a good-faith estimate, not a guaranteed delivery promise unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. We are not liable for carrier delays, weather delays, address errors, service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns, Refunds, Reprints, and Final Sale Items
Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Because most of our products are custom or printed-to-order, many items are final sale. Custom transfers, gang sheets, upload-based orders, neck labels, and ready-to-press transfers are generally not eligible for return simply because a customer changed their mind, selected the wrong option, or no longer needs the item.
If a transfer does not press right, look right, or feel right, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue under our customer service and quality standards. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a reprint, replacement, refund, store credit, or another reasonable resolution.
We reserve the right to determine whether a claim qualifies based on the product type, submitted file, photos, order details, and any evidence provided.
8. Customer Accounts
Certain features of our website may require account creation, including account-based ordering, Warrior Rewards participation, referrals, discount access, and wholesale-related functions. If you create an account, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Restricting access to your account
- All activities conducted under your account
You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
9. Warrior Rewards, Referrals, and Promotional Programs
United Warrior Transfers offers Warrior Rewards, a customer loyalty program that allows account holders to earn and redeem points, move through tiers, and access program-related benefits. We may also offer referral rewards, discounts, limited-time promotions, and other incentives.
All such programs are subject to these Terms plus any specific program terms posted on the relevant page. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, revoke, or terminate any reward, referral, tier, discount, promotion, or related feature at any time.
We may void rewards, referrals, or discounts if we determine that:
- An account was created fraudulently
- A promotion was abused
- Referral activity was manipulated
- Multiple accounts were created improperly
- The program was used in bad faith
10. Military and First Responder Discount Program
We offer a military, veteran, first responder, spouse, and government employee discount that is typically verified through a third-party provider such as GovX ID. Eligibility, verification, and continued use of the discount are subject to the applicable program rules and verification status.
We reserve the right to deny, remove, or limit discount access if eligibility cannot be verified, if the verification provider changes, or if the program is abused. The military discount may be stackable with certain rewards benefits but not with wholesale pricing tiers, as stated on the site.
11. Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale pricing and account access may be offered to qualifying businesses based on projected or actual order volume. Wholesale terms, discounts, approval, and tier placement are subject to our separate wholesale program details and may be changed at any time. We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or modify any wholesale account, pricing tier, or benefit.
Submitting a wholesale application does not guarantee approval, a specific tier, or permanent pricing treatment.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content other than customer-submitted material — including text, graphics, branding, site design, logos, product descriptions, layout, icons, and related content — is owned by or licensed to United Warrior Transfers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, create derivative works from, or exploit our website content without our prior written permission.
13. Third-Party Services
Our website and business operations may rely on third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, website tools, e-commerce providers, loyalty and referral platforms, discount verification providers, email service providers, analytics tools, and related vendors.
We are not responsible for the independent policies, actions, or performance of third-party providers. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, services, and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in our posted policies or required by law.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available. We do not guarantee that every product will meet every customer’s subjective expectation, especially where those expectations differ from the submitted file, selected size, garment, or application method.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, United Warrior Transfers and its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost goodwill, production delays, or replacement garment costs arising out of or related to your use of the website, products, or services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to any product or order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless United Warrior Transfers and its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

- Your violation of these Terms
- Your uploaded artwork, files, or content
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
- Your misuse of rewards, discounts, referrals, or account features
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or any order shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us first and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly.
